Patrick began his payroll career in 1991, and attained the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation in 1994. He has prior payroll experience in the hospitality, wholesaling, and telecommunications industries. His current position is Payroll Manager for Ryan Companies US, Inc.; a commercial construction, real estate development, building design, and property management firm operating in 14 states and Canada. He oversees the payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS functions at Ryan. He has a B.S. Business – Accounting degree from the University of Minnesota.
Patrick has been a member of the American Payroll Association and the Northstar chapter since 1995. He has previously served as the chapter’s Director of Communications (2003-2005) and Membership Chair (2005-2007). He also serves annually as a facilitator for the chapter’s CPP study group. He was proclaimed Northstar Member of the Year for 2005.
