Jerry, current Payroll Manager for Anoka County, has over 30 years Governmental experience, including 16 years with the State’s largest County entity. He has worked in Human Resources, Budget, and Accounting/Finance areas.

Jerry has been a member of the Northstar Chapter since 1993, achieved CPP status in 1997, and was awarded the Donald Sharper Education Grant in the same year. He has served as Chapter President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Program Chair, and helped to organize the first Northstar National Payroll Week highlighted by a State of Minnesota proclamation from then Governor, Arne Carlson.

Jerry is a past Board member of PEPSA (Public Employees Retirement Association) and chaired the Payroll Committee for MICA (Metropolitan Inter-County Association).
