Marnee Kugler currently is the Payroll Tax Accountant for CHS Inc. headquartered in Inver Grove Heights, MN. CHS is a diversified Fortune 200 company providing essential grain, food and energy resources to businesses and consumers. She worked at Land O’ Lakes Inc. for three years before moving to CHS serving as HRMS Representative and Sr. HRMS Tax Representative.

Marnee has been in payroll and human resources for over 8 years. Prior to working in payroll Marnee worked in law enforcement and the juvenile probation system. In 2006 and 2007 Marnee volunteered as one of the chairs on the Fall Conference committee. She received her credentials as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) in the fall of 2004. In addition, she has a BA in Criminal Justice from Hamline University.
