Rick Seifert is currently the Global HRIS/Payroll Manager for The Mosaic Company located in Plymouth, MN. Mosaic is a Fortune 500 company providing crop nutrients to customers throughout the world with operations in ten countries. Prior to joining Mosaic, Rick worked for almost 30 years at Deluxe Corporation in various positions in payroll, HR systems, and accounting.

Rick has been a member of the Northstar Chapter and the APA for over 20 years. He has previously held various board positions for the Northstar Chapter, including president, and he currently serves as an APA Hotline volunteer. Rick has maintained his CPP certification since 1992. In addition, he has presented at monthly chapter meetings, and the fall conference on a variety of payroll and HR related topics.
