2009 Community Events

Breast Cancer 60 mile 3-Day
This is a great event that supports a cause that has touched many of us in some way or another. Lisa Healey and Kathy Heins along with the support of the APA Northstar Chapter Members raised close to $1,800 in their efforts at our monthly meeting. Thank you all for your support.

Thanks to Our Adopt-a-Highway Volunteers
Thank you to everyone who volunteered to make our FIRST “Adopt a Highway” event on July 12 a success. It was a perfect day. Our stretch of the highway is now VERY CLEAN. More photos of the event are available in the News area.

2008 Community Events

Breast Cancer Research Support
APA Northstar Chapter Members donated $545 to the 3-day Breast Cancer Walk – an amount matched by the Northstar Chapter for a total donation of $1,090 for Breast Cancer research. Thank you Chapter Members! Thank you Robin Murphy and Lisa Healey for your dedication to the event.
