March Chapter Meeting (1/2 day Session)

Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m.
Buffet breakfast will be served beginning at 7:45 a.m.

Speakers:
Audrey Thomas – Founder, Organized Audrey, LLC
Jude Bublitz Vitae, SPHR – Manager, North Memorial Leadership Academy

The first ½ of the session will be presented by Audrey Thomas. Many of us struggle with “piles of files”, information overload and other chaos in and around the office. This interactive presentation will cover specific Lean Office techniques and processes for office organization that participants can immediately implement to avoid the avalanche in the office. Audrey, also known as “Organized Audrey”, became a professional speaker on organizing skills in the early 1990’s when she started as a Lunch and Learn presenter at 3M. She expected 50-75 in her session and was surprised when 500 had signed up. She then realized the need people had for her information and also developed sessions around the topic of Lean Office principles. She is an author of 4 books.

The second ½ of the session will be presented by Jude Bublitz Vitae. The presentation will cover goal setting and developing an individual development plan. Jude has a BS degree in Marketing/Education and a MS degree in Adult Ed./Leadership development. He has over 25 years of experience implementing strategic Human Resource and Organization Development systems in organizations ranging from 5,000 to over 350,000 employees. He has worked with companies in all continents and has managed staff globally.
