  • Plan your future outside your current organization

This presentation is geared for both individuals exploring their own career paths and for human capital leaders with interest in guiding career discussions with business unit leaders and managers. There will be three speakers – one to facilitate and two to do the presentation.

Susan Grant Palombo is Senior Vice President, Client Services with Might Management and serves as a key relationship manager for accounts in the Minnesota marketplace. She has 25 years experience and has worked with senior leadership teams in change management processes and strategic initiatives to meet business objectives. Susan’s business experience includes financial services, healthcare services, manufacturing, retail, business and professional services, and not-for-profit organizations. Susan earned an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

George Dow has spent the past 10 years with Right Management as a career strategies consultant to executives, particularly those evaluating career alternatives. He has also taught graduate and undergraduate level career management courses at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.

Robin Silverman is an organizational development consultant with expertise in strategic facilitation, leadership/staff development, and executive coaching with a focus on personal fulfillment in the workplace. She is a master’s candidate in energetics, an author of two personal development books, and a frequent speaker.
