May is Direct Deposit Month. Please join us for a discussion of some of the latest trends and what is new in pay cards and ACH. This session will be interactive as we would like to hear about your direct deposit participation rates as well as your stories on successful campaigns to promote it.

Micki Nolan joined Global Cash Card in June 2002. With her experience in business and leadership she helped launch Global Cash Card as the leader in the pay card industry. Micki is very involved with the American Payroll Association and is on their Government Affairs committee for payroll cards. She is responsible for a dedicated staff of Regional Sales Managers who have successfully implemented customized pay card programs with leading Fortune 500 companies worldwide. As the former President of MNP Corporate Staffing, she grew it to become one of the largest and most successful Human Resource Consulting firms in the country. Micki brings over 25 years of sales experience along with the highest level of integrity and dedication to her clients.

Mary Kate Cole, AAP, Vice President of UMACHA, the Upper Midwest ACH Association, a regional payments association serving 900 members across the upper Midwest. She has nearly two decades of bank operations experience, and has been with UMACHA since 1995. In her current role, Mary Kate is responsible for member education and problem solving as well as ACH development projects. She received her Accredited ACH Professional accreditation in 1995 and has maintained it since then. In 2009 she received the Certified Association Executive accreditation. In addition to her role at UMACHA, Mary Kate is active in several NACHA Rules Work Groups. She currently sits on NACHA’s Council for Electronic Billing and Payment. Mary Kate is a popular speaker at both local and national conferences on electronic payments related topics.
