We recognized all FPC’s and CPP’s who received their certification in 2008, 2009 or 2010. What a Large Group!!!!

The Annual Business Meeting is an important meeting for all of our members. We will discuss numerous topics in addition to providing you the new Board Officers who were elected.
Chuck Denninger will provide an overview of the top 10 internal controls and corresponding risks mitigated, such as Financial, Non-compliance, Fraud, and I/T (access to payroll applications, changes). This will also be an interactive session as we would like to hear about internal controls in your areas and discuss pertinent risks related to payroll. By the end of the session, you should have a solid understanding of the top 10 internal controls. As a result, this will make your boss happy, put your auditors at ease, give your executives comfort and get you that restful sleep.
Please Note: The topics in our 2009 Calendar are subject to change based upon possible governance / regulation changes that may need immediate attention by Payroll Professionals (i.e. Obama Stimulus Package).
