Chapter Study Group Announcement

APA Northstar Chapter Local CPP Study Group

The Northstar Chapter Education Chair, Kimberly Carlisle CPP, is organizing a CPP Study Group session for individuals who will be taking the Fall CPP exam.

The purpose of the study groups is to bring together individuals interested in a self-study activity that meets on a regular basis to keep them on-track. The sessions will not be a classroom type venue, but an opportunity to network with others and to ask questions.

The chapter officers and volunteers will be asked to facilitate for a week or two, based on their individual strengths. Their role as facilitator will be to lead the “study groups” through the chapter review sessions and provide additional materials to go along with the chapter; IRS Publications, Articles, etc.

Study group participants will be required to become a member of the Northstar Chapter, and also obtain a copy of the 2012 edition of the Payroll Source prior to the first session, which is available online or contact Terry Meggitt at terry@payrolluniversity.net.
